      Pros

      -Convenient location -Managing director actually knows what she is doing and is always available to help. -The recruiters and account managers work really hard to keep the company going. They pour everything they can into it (with zero return.)

      Cons

      -Horrible work/life balance. They choose your floating holidays and for the first time since high school I had to be at work on Christmas Eve. Very little flexibility for life events. HORRIBLE. - Owners are always in your business questioning what you do. Even though they have zero presence in the market. - No room for career growth. - (obviously) they have workers fluff feedback like this to skew numbers and rankings. Ask former employees if you want the real story.

      Pros

      I worked with this company as a contractor and had worked with one of their recruiters for a few years prior. The recruiter was always responsive, seemed to care, and took the time to understand what kind of job I wanted. They placed me in a job that I enjoyed and were there to help remarket me when the contract was coming to an end.

      Cons

      Helped to try to find my next assignment but found something out of town through a bigger agency.

      Pros

      My account coordinator, Alli, was super supportive and able to find me steady employment even in the pandemic. This company was the only place I worked while living in Chicago, and I am super grateful for them.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons from the company.,.maybe the fact that they don't have a branch in Atlanta I can work with
