      Health insurance fully paid after 90 days. Doctor Leave from Day one. Sick Leave from Day one. Normal working hours Remote

      Cons

      Low starting pay for seasoned tech workers. Pay doesn't keep up with inflation. Bonus and raise in payroll unclear. Low PTO which does not meet the national average (less than two weeks)

The company cares about what they are doing and what you do
