In general, on occasion, you are faced with some difficult or odd situations with pests

Zero management oversight. Most employees can do whatever they want with little risk of repercussions.

Owners (brothers) are splitting up. There is never money. They do everything they can to avoid paying vendors. Vendors who insist on getting paid, are treated like scumbags. Employees who voice an opinion are treated as outcasts. There is no training to speak of. Unlicensed, untrained technicians are sent out into the field unsupervised.
