Pros
Hard to say at this point. At one time this company was at a point to shine and become a payroll giant if the owner had made the right moves but alas he didn't. Other than that, the work/life balance isn't bad as they primarily operate 8 AM-5 PM
Cons
Managers are not in tune with employees. Salaries are low when they expect a lot of hard work in return (hardly any bonuses at all). Moral is crap and the owner really doesn't care about his employees or at least comes off that way. Owner is always sticking his hands in each departments business without a clear idea of what he's doing. Owner is only looking out for himself and his close circle of colleagues. Company will probably be sold soon as all signs are pointing to the owner getting as much as he can out of it and jumping ship. Turn around on employees is atrocious as well as managers.
