Where do I begin... backstabbing is promoted from upper management. Owner of company believes that in-fighting is good and is a way to help the company grow. Benefits are not that great, $5000 deductible for insurance??? One lunch a quarter from the same greasy mexican restaurant every time. This company has absolutely no culture. Sweat shop environment. Did I mention backstabbing? Everyone is on their own, nobody will be looking out for you. Nobody in management has a backbone, everyone is afraid of the owner. Hope you like minimum wage.
