Technically you will find some good work to do and work with some good bunch of people.
Cons
1) Most of the mid level managers are fake and good for nothing. Have no regards for their employees. Unnecessary overburden them with their bossy nature. Create issues which don't exist and try to show themselves as problem solvers to the higher managers. 2)Hardly any increment on promotion.
