I would say for a contract staff the pay is pretty decent

The amount of work to do for a contract stuff seems to be too much and for that reason i feel maybe the pay could have been a little higher. but that is up to the company
Meaningful experience that I'm glad to be part of something that constantly pushes boundaries. There's a real sense of purpose in solving tough problems, and I've grown a lot professionally because of it.
Cons
The constant stream of challenges can be draining at times. It's fulfilling, but it does take a toll. It’s not an easy role, but it definitely keeps you on your toes.
