      Pay while you learn program that is condensed in a small amount of time to get certified.

      Cons

      Program is difficult but doable as long as you work hard.

      Pros

      12 hour shifts. Limited long distance transfer on 911 trucks. One of the best retirement plans in Illinois No vans Good equipment that actually gets repaired.

      Cons

      Pay is sub par Insurance used to be good but is horrible now Ran to the ground.
