Pros
Great team to work with, good size company to learn a variety of things. CEO was level headed and fair.
Cons
Some people escalate to management who are not qualified, meaning the team suffers. No fault of the people in question but the company for allowing it to happen. Many good people from the teams were lost as a result. Senior management vanish over night with no trace, never told what happened. Poor work life balance, long day. Expect a lot of junior members of staff.
