      Pros

      Great temporary work experience. Gained experience working with bioinstrumentation used to detect TBIs in contact sports.

      Cons

      Only lasted the length of football season. Reasonable but I wish there was more opportunity to continue.

      -Can contribute significantly right from the start -Self-directed work -Able to develop and learn valuable skills like new programming languages, platforms and frameworks -Encouraged to create and pitch your own proposals and research projects -Pleasant small company feel

      Cons

      -Little diversity in terms of race, gender and political leanings -At times a lack of communication and clear expectations -Not an exciting location
