Production takes preference over employee safety. Break periods are often denied or interrupted. Some employees have drug problems that management is aware of but no action is taken despite being told of these problems by concerned employees. No paid holidays no sick leave. Short or no notice for unscheduled weekend work. Out of town and far from home worksites. Crummy disgusting hotels for out of town work. Very poor health insurance.
