      Pros

      Most people are quite friendly with very varied interests. It sounds like AMI is willing to pay a competitive salary (if you really push hard for it) based on speaking to others who have left.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is abysmal -- family is definitely not valued. Most years don't yield a bonus. Poor job security.
