      AMS has a great staff and people who come to work every day ready to work hard. They have had problems in the past, but the current direction is going the right way.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is outdated and employees need more time based on seniority.

      AMS was bought by Chiz Brothers a couple of years ago. The owners of Chiz Brothers are fantastic people to work for. Very family oriented. Great benefits and wages.

      None that I can think of.
