Active but fun job - Inventory Counter Advanced Inventory Solutions Employee Review

I really enjoy working here. Having the afternoons off is a huge plus, it gives me time to handle things outside of work and still have a good part of the day left for myself. I also got promoted within my first year, which showed me that hard work really does get noticed here. That made me feel appreciated and motivated to keep pushing.

The only downside for me is the early mornings. I wanted to take public transportation, but the schedule just didn’t line up well with the start times.

I’m really enjoying my time here. The team is super fun, and the overall vibe is awesome. It is very laid back but also employee focused. It’s clear the company cares about us, and that makes a big difference day to day. The benefits are solid, and one of my favorite perks is the tax-free per diem when I travel. It definitely makes work trips a lot smoother and more enjoyable.

If there’s one thing that can be a little tricky, it’s the inconsistent end times because it makes planning things after work a bit hit or miss. But honestly, that’s a small thing compared to how positive the rest of the experience is.
