      Pros

      - Flexible work environment. You'll often be working on several things at once so if one job becomes too tedious you can switch to something else. - Paid. With all the unpaid internships out there AIG is certainly welcome.

      Cons

      - Occasional data entry. This can be boring but luckily there isn't too much of it so I wouldn't worry too much.

      Rewarding and interesting work. Management wants to see you grow and thrive - and supports all efforts to improve your career. Small company with an informal atmosphere. Provided with opportunities to expand the type of work you will become experienced in. Flexible schedule

      Being a small company - limited opportunities for advancement, but this is the downside to all the benefits.
