Pros

Intelligent leadership, encouraging and relatable, with honesty about plausibility and pacing of ideas. Openness with cross-functional communication and ideas. Extremely friendly colleagues. A few examples: Early on, the Vice President of Sales was very clear about considering all angles when it comes to expanding teams and facilitating development of tools and functions. The direct Manager for Customer Success stands out as someone looking to empower each member of her team. She can read personalities quickly and accurately, encouraging employees to come into who they are, and shaping roles around their preferences while suggesting ways to grow and develop. This is a manager who stays connected to the ground work by continuing to engage in every level of the work. No one and no task is below her (example: she is not afraid to take average calls), and she is a very sociable and relatable person every day. The BioPharma Technical Sales Support Manager is equally someone who reads people well, with great advice for both personal and professional development. This is someone who can help people see themselves to course-correct and brings out the best in every team he works with. The sales team and other teams are very tight-knit in Canada and all teams have had a very positive relation throughout the company. I have made friendships that last outside the work environment through this.

Cons

No group insurance plan available outside the US, so expensing a private plan is available instead. This can involve a lengthy or complicated approval process by private enterprises.

Pros

CEO and his PE overlord must be carving out a nice package for themselves.

Cons

This place worked like a team before takeover. Now the new culture is survival mode. It brings out the worst in some people. Stab or be stabbed. Hard to trust, just watch your back and hope to survive.
