The company is in the midst of morale and financial problems. AIS is making a lot of money but only because the owners have forced management to cut the staff below what it needs to function. The management team is below the skill level to grow the company. Revenue is shrinking, layoff is coming in 2021/22. You will be severely overwhelmed the week you start and that will never change, and add all this to the undersized staff and you will see that the building is in chaos. Because of all this stress, the experienced employees are leaving, several have left before even having new offers, they just wanted out or to get away from certain managers. So take the offer if you just really need a paycheck, this is NOT a long term career path.
