I work from home! I have great flexibility in my schedule and uncapped income potential. The corporate facility is a family atmosphere and they do a great job making me feel welcomed and part of the team even as a remote recruiter. They keep in touch with virtual meetings, and are always available should I need assistance.

Not a con for me, but this business is very fast paced.

This is an excellent place to get your feet wet in the health care industry. The hours are perfect (8-4 or 9-5) with no time outside of normal work hours. You can also make up PTO by working on the weekends and earn extra days off to use at your disclosure. There is often free snacks available and always free coffee!

The pay is that of an entry level company. It's not great, but it's a wage that allows you to live in Chicago.
