Pros

I like the ease of scheduling, I feel prepared the night before so I can plan my day. It has been ease to get supplies, and if I need help or have a question everyone at provider services have been great.

Cons

I would like to call my clients the night before and confirm, I heard we are not allowed because it causes cancellations but in my experience it helps, so they know who is coming and can give me any details on locating them. I do not like getting paid every two weeks, I do this as a side job for extra money so that sorta stinks. I was very worried at the first of the year when we didnt have any assignments for 4 months, since I was new I didnt know to expect this so I almost took another job, however it happened to be a blessing the winter was horrid and I had the flu so being off worked to my advantage.

Worked independently, nice office space, good pay and hours, paid lunch break, nice employees

Pros

Excellent opportunity for new grads in the Health care field. They have very flexible work schedules and short eight hour work days.

Cons

They do not offer a very compettitive salary to employees. Employees are mandated to attend metings in order to recieve their paychecks. They do not offer Direct deposit to employees, pay is made by paper check. They do not have a HR department. HR issues are handled by a seceratary. There are by far to many inexperienced staff on duty. There are by far way to many Mgmt. nurses on staff.
