Pros
I was surrounded by professional engineers, they are engineers that are easy to approach with, if you have questions. they treated me as a part of the team. Accept technical suggestions and they are eager to help you anytime if you need their second opinion. Workers were also helpful as well. You ask questions regarding manufacturing operations, they cooperate and give you good answers. Management treats their people as fair and honest. I first joined this company as a contractual employee, but the treatment is the same as if you are a full time employee. It was a great company to work in.
Cons
Working with this company in less than a year, there was nothing that I am aware of not fair to me. The one thing I was once called was when I did not comply with there work time in my time card. I cannot extend my work time to finish my assignment, also i cannot start work early. It is overtime they said. I am used to work late and work early, in most companies I work with. So far, work ethics was great.
