AGSE offers a great working environment. As a family owned-business, you are treated as family. The organization does not operate with Metrics so the stress level is very minimal.
Cons
The organization is operated in a very old fashioned manner. There aren't any KPI's or individual employee metrics to ensure that we are operating to maximum efficiency. There is very limited room for growth, development, or career advancement within the organization.
