I do understand, you had bad experiences, but I can not imagine that you did not claim your salaries, or you mean your bonuses, as worldwide all the labour courts would support you.
I know after 20 years of business, that being in disagreement with the top direct management in achieving the target, measurement of performance might be a wide area of disagreement, however we do have very clear KPIs and very strict labour laws in each country we are operating in.
