      Pros

      They have brand new hilti, husqvarna, and Merit equipment. Gas and prime both. Bonuses are easy to get.

      Cons

      I still have to get up in the morning and go to work but at least my tools are solid.

      Culture of large company, responsibility if small company. Read through the 100 page manual you sign, you sign away your right to arbitration.
