Pros
It’s a job, the other employees are very nice, you get to meet people in the area, it’s okay for entry level people who want to get experience, not for seasoned sales reps.
Cons
I would not choose to go back to this company for many specific reasons but generally commissions take longer then they should to pay out, all fees are put onto the sales reps so your commission gets dwindled down, over the top micromanagement, processes for processes, redundancy, disorganized.
