Pros
The only pros would be that no one actually cares so atmosphere is lackadaisical if your looking for that in a work place.
Cons
Terrible management or care for employees. Racist and discriminatory behavior expressed to multiple people. Management has no clue what there employees actually think. A constant battle of terrible personalities with egos bigger then they can contain. Employees are mistreated and given more and more responsibilities and no compensation for any extra duties. Job description is completely incorrect and work is unorganized. Unappreciative, awkward and uncommunicative work atmosphere. No incentive or inspiration going on which is likely why no one cares or goes out of there way for anybody else. Each "part" of the company does not work together with any of the other "parts" of the company so there is constant petty fighting and blame is put on whoever is at the lowest most disposable position. You will not be compensated for your experience. They are interested in hiring anyone who knows nothing to pay them pennies to do the same work as the "upper management" No room to grow in this position dead end. Low morale...almost non existent. This work place is irresponsible. Over 100 cameras watching employees and is a complete invasion of privacy. Employees fired for the wrong reasoned and excuses made up to fire employees they didnt need. Completely disposable at this company. You are useless to them... they will find the next ego ridden person to think they are going to be a value and ASSet to this company and instead you will get abused and eventually realize you are being taken completely advantage of especially with the poor salary and non existent bonuses/raises
