Pros
This company is growing and individuals have huge growth opportunity if desired. They will work you hard but reward you for that work. Compensation is above normal but they are looking for above normal people. Things I like: 1. Unlimited Paid Time Off 2. Good and Fair Compensation 3. Managers\C - Staff willing to listen to ideas and request complaints to make things better. 4. Highly technical staff (some of the smartest in the industry) 5. Willing do try new things. 6. Always looking for Talented people. 7. It feels like more than half the people work from home or are remote. 8. Growth in and out of United States. 9. The culture seems to be a good mix of hard working yet fun atmosphere. 10. Yearly company parties.
Cons
1. Healthcare could be better. 2. Unlimited PTO is double edge sword. (You never accrue time off so you best take some time off). 3. Work\Life Balance. This is getting better by the day but if you work in the industry you know how i can be. Feast or famine. 4. I can't copy and paste between my local machine and our Terminal Server.
