Disorganized, everyone pushes work off to you, basically 0 training, spineless people. If I was smarter at the time, I would have gotten a attorney involved as I believe I was wrongfully laid-off. Now realizing we had a verbal contract in place as raise was exchanged for my services. In NJ, if there is a clear offer, acceptance, and consideration, it could be legally binding. Also, when I was supposed to be in training, some dude was trying to sell me primerica the whole time lol. Just stay way
