      This company has good pay and benefits. It also has employed good people. The work is not hard it just keep you busy.

      Cons

      Do not like how they get rid of position, I was in a clerk position and they decided that they wanted the forklift drivers to receive the trucks in and I was placed as a forklift driver

      Pros

      Fantastic Coworkers. Decent work/life balance for non-salary. A good foot in the door for the inexperienced.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from reality. More numbers are required with fewer personnel. No trust or faith in upper management. Extremely low morale, as more work is being piled on fewer people. Minimal benefits. Low pay for the required work.
