I have been employed with ACG JUST over a year.Within the year I've seen such a tremendous change in environment.The new VIP came in making changes for the better.He has an open door policy an always welcome EVERYONE in his office for any issues you may have or any questions you may feel like you want answers for.He made changes that where needed to better the company.As far as the floor managerd they have made the environment more enjoyable to where the employees look forward to coming to work now they treat one another as and like family.The workforce manager is on top of it,she makes sure at all times that the agents are ready and willing to take calls and step in when needed.I only come out on the floor to assist with calls when needed and when I come out there everyone is willing and ready to assist our department.Acg is a wonderful workplace to work at.

Be mindful of individuals who are out to destroy the company's name after they are KNOW longer employed with ACG.
