Advancement in the company is based of favoritism. There is no professionalism in the work place. I have seen first hand managment drinking or smoking on the job. You only get praise from managment is you suck up and befriend them. This company is no where based off of job performance. They sit and laugh off about hours and pay bumps of technicians and office workers who are trying to solely pull in an income.
