Pros
The PAS team is very close and everyone is super nice. The RNAscope product is fist in class in the field and you get a great opportunity to work with amazing clients doing incredible research.
Cons
The upper management is more REVENUE focused rather than CUSTOMER SERVICE focused. This means you are expected to hit a certain number each quarter, so if 2 weeks from the EOQ you are projected to be below, expect to work long hours and weekends to complete everything you can to hit that number.
