good pay, good hours, good people, good management, great benefits, understanding people, great schedules, great management, helpful supervisors, helpful associates

Cons

stressful calls, can be a stressful enviroment, consist change, change doesn't get communicated, management can be too rough on employees

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
