Pros

If this is your first job out of college, or your first job period, you will learn a ton of things. You will learn a lot about people, communication, and management skills. If you are working in the technology department, you will learn a lot of technology skills that can transfer to your permanent career.

Cons

- Management was highly unethical and a couple of times asked hypothetical questions that bordered on 'illegal' - Management was very rude, disrespectful and non-professional at times - The whole industry is driven by money. People are not treated right thus leading to a very high turnover rate

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
