I thought this was a good company - Administrative Advanced Business Equipment Employee Review

I wasn't trained correctly. I was there for almost two years and didn't find out until I put in my notice to leave that I was doing my job wrong. Even though they knew I was doing my entire job incorrectly, they still wanted me to put together a manual for my position. They interviewed many people for my job, but I ended up training someone that already had a full load and employed there. There were also a couple people there that made the work environment hostile and upper management never did anything about it.
