Pros
It is a great company. At a professional level you have interesting projects, such a popular topic as Blockhain and DeFi, good salaries and benefits and great colleagues. Everyone is so intelligent and you have many different topics you can learn from different teams: devops, programming, research, finances, UX/UI, marketing, operations etc. And the best for me is that we are solving real problems that have a direct impact on how people use and interact with the Web3. We are building a more decentralized, fair and connected internet. The human quality of the people I have met in this company is not something I can describe with words. Everyone has been so open, patient, welcoming and ready to help. It is really nice to feel comfortable with the people you work. When I have faced a problem, I have been listened and treated with respect. They were also extremely understanding.
Cons
We also face problems and inconveniences. - Meetings at weird and/or shifting times. - Getting feedback might be difficult. - Communication might be tricky. However I would say they are directly derived from working fully remotely with people from all the globe, and not from the company per se.
