      -great connections -wonderful people to work with -very fun getting to work with clients creating some great music -fair pay for industry and job requirements

      Cons

      -don't use much software other than Microsoft to help with future careers -Extra hours no overtime pay, certain roles require 24/7 accessibility

      Got to learn more about production processes, music management, and how music is released.

      Cons

      Work could be monotonous but that's okay, exciting moments made up for it. Sometimes the task that seems the most mundane is the most important.

      - Team members - Leaving this job

      Cons

      - CEO is a horrible human, he is condescending, an elitist and does not pay his employees well at all. Avoid at all costs. He has a Napoleon Complex because he is a little, little man with a huge ego. He has anger issues and expects so much from his employees but the office is like a prison...no culture, everyone is silent & miserable. - He preys on newly graduated college kids to pay them pennies for admin work. You cannot progress in this career at all. - There are no benefits.
