Relatively simple work and flexible hours. Has opportunities to get directly involved with different departments for some task diversity. Friendly staff and management.
Cons
Very hands-off kind of environment from the engineering staff--you will essentially have to bug people sometimes to get something done. Work can get very monotonous very quickly. Lunch breaks are very short, 30 mins.
