DOM is a "my way or highway" type, will refuse a second opinion, and constantly disrespects anyone not within earshot. Scoffs at professional development and lies to suppliers. You will be expected to perform maintenance duties, AS WELL AS inventory control, maintenance management, scheduling, tooling control, and consumables tracking. There is no set process for identifying and recording discrepancies, no onboarding, and no directive for daily operations. Holidays and PTO are non-existent, and your free time will be spent scrubbing hangar door tracks instead of professional development. To this company, you are a tool to be used. Nothing more.
