Pros
Many of the non-management employees are very kind and helpful. I am still friends with quite a few. Salary was adequate.
Cons
Communication was very poor. Management had their "clicks". If you weren't in the "click" you were left out of processes, projects, etc. I even experienced honesty issues with mid level management. I was completely miserable and dreaded comings to work each and every day.
