Pros
It was good in the beginning with their pay structure. $330 daily salary + a full day of work paid for if you worked a sixth day. So weekly earning potential was $2310.
Cons
As soon as the spot market dried up, they weren't able to keep their end of the bargain. They bit off more than they could chew with overpaying drivers and brand new trucks and trailers. Every driver I talked to from Advance left for the same reason I did.
