      The employees are entitled to some incentives if they reach their quotas.

      Cons

      They offer super low compensation. Even if the employee is already working for 2yrs.in the company, the salary is like for an entry level.

      Pros

      Great company to work for; very efficient and professional.

      Cons

      They use silverlight plug-in for call-report very slow and crashes-clear all data and I have to start all over after filling out a lengthy questioner (very frustrating)
