Pros

- Kind and helpful colleagues - Quite a fair bit of room for growth and learning, if you take the initiative to step up in fixing problems - Majority of the workforce is young, so the environment is dynamic and people are generally driven in achieving more - Salary increment can be great if your performance is good - Fast-paced work environment - things get done fast and efficiently

Cons

- Can be overworked sometimes - may not be suitable for people who value work life balance as their top priority - Policies need to be more global / international, many of the processes have not kept up with the business expansion and can be rather disorganised sometimes - need to be quick thinking and be comfortable to work in an environment of ambiguity

Pros

- Most leaders are approachable and make time to engage with employees. - The organisation has a nurturing culture that emphasises both growth and results. Compared to larger companies, office politics is minimal. - Overall, energy levels remain high, and the organisational culture encourages experimentation, particularly on AI topic. Mistakes are viewed as part of the learning process and an opportunity to develop one's skills, rather than being overly penalised. - Management is able to perform effectively under pressure and remains committed to delivering results for the organisation.

Cons

- Remuneration and other benefits are not as competitive as those offered by larger employers. Nevertheless, the company provides equity participation programmes that reward employees for contributing to the company's long-term growth and success. - Workspace is not as well-equipped, and office space is becoming increasingly crowded as the organisation continues to expand and grow.
