Ok company - Store Manager Advance Auto Parts Employee Review

The company culture is good

Very slow process and not exciting

- I enjoyed much of the physical work.

- We were expected to work in extremely dust-filled rooms without any provided protection (I had to buy my own N95 because of how bad it was). - I was hired for a part-time position and immediately got scheduled for full-time. - Management seemed all over the place. - Training was mediocre.
