      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for growth and building relationships in the industry. Learning opportunities are abundant and the benefits are not bad if you are full-time (part time offers limited benefits)

      Cons

      Management is paid less than comparable positions in the industry. ALOT of hours (salary, no overtime). Minimum 50 per week regardless of tasks..most GMs pull about 60 or more per week. Alot of admin tasks and distractions from corporate. Frequent changes in direction frustrate employees.

      Pros

      It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
