Total lack of actual care or concern for people. Has zero identity. All the “let’s go!” Culture is just exhausting. The actual culture amounts to three month old leftovers. Include the people at the ground level into decision making. They are the ones working, living and facing it daily. Remember who built the place- the counter folks and the customers they serve. Pizza parties and hats are not how you keep people happy.
