      Pros

      They used to be a great company interested in providing great customer service.

      Cons

      Upper Management micro managing already successfull stores and not providing any solutions to real issues when brought to their attention They have had a real lack of appreciation for quality individuals when they get them and promote and cater to "yes men" as long as they do as they are told

      Pros

      It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
