Pros

Not many pros. I enjoyed working with my team and my group of peers. The benefits kicked in very quickly- the first Monday of the month after I was hired.

Cons

The DM was terrible- always unreachable. Threatened GM's jobs on conference calls and during store meetings. Very morale killing. The systems are old school. There is way too much paperwork. The support center must be outsourced to India, because no one who answers the phone speaks English very well. The training is a joke. A 50 hour work week is mandated, but you are lucky if you work anything under 60. If you can get a job somewhere else- take it because you will regret taking this one!!

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
