Pros

Rich history of taking care of the Team - I've been here for 22 years and most of that time has been very rewarding. Historically we've always understood that it is the Team that decides whether or not we are a successful organization. There is also always substantial room for upward movement through the organization for motivated individuals.

Cons

The current Leadership has no concern for the Team. It's clear in every decision they make and it is painful to those of us who have given so much to watch. This isn't a "feel good" concern - This industry requires Team Members that are engaged to the success of the company in order to be as successful as possible. This Executive Team is comprised nearly completely of Best Buy Executives, and the ideas from Best Buy are not working. When they don't work, the Executive Team hires more executives........from Best Buy. Should we not be looking for new prospective at this point? Maybe an outside Executive reviewing Glassdoor will read this and offer the perspective that is needed....

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
