      Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      The hours you have to fight for 40 hours. Management does not know what they are doing. People get paid barely the minimum on this economy.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
