      Some Co-workers are great people

      Cons

      Everything else. Salary. Hours. Home life balance. You will spend most of your waking life in that store. When you are not there, the company will be actively trying to get you back in the store at all times. You are a number,not a person and you will be treated as such. You will miss all the important things going on with your family to cover for the underpaid employees who called off. You were warned.

      Pros

      It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
